Accessibility at The Shop

Clear Access. Real Support. No Guesswork.

We want members and guests to know what to expect before they arrive.

The Commitment

The Shop Social Lounge is committed to making our space as accessible, respectful, and usable as possible for members and guests with disabilities.

We are honest about access. If you need support, tell us before your visit when possible. We will do what we reasonably can to help you attend safely, comfortably, and with discretion.

Venue Accessibility

The Shop includes the following accessibility features:

  • Accessible entrances available.
  • ADA-accessible restrooms available.
  • On-street and lot parking, including designated accessible spaces when available.
  • Wide pathways through common areas where space and event layout allow.
  • Staff available for limited assistance with entry, seating direction, and general navigation.
  • Reserved or priority seating may be available with advance notice.

What to Know Before You Visit

The Shop is an active nightlife environment. Some events may include music, low lighting, crowds, movement through shared spaces, sexual content, kink equipment, themed decor, and changing room layouts.

  • Lighting and sound levels may vary by event.
  • Crowd size and room flow may vary by night.
  • Some areas may be easier to access than others, depending on setup, attendance, and event activity.
  • Staff can help identify lower-traffic areas when available.
  • If you need specific access details before attending, contact us before you arrive.

Requesting Accommodations

For accessibility requests, contact us at least 7 days before your visit when possible. If your visit is sooner, still reach out. We may still be able to help.

Common requests may include:

  • Mobility assistance or entry support.
  • Reserved or priority seating.
  • Information about parking, entrances, restrooms, or room layout.
  • Support completing membership or event registration steps.
  • Other reasonable access-related requests.

Service Animals

Service animals that are individually trained to perform work or tasks for a person with a disability are permitted where allowed by law.

For everyone’s safety, service animals must remain under control, housebroken, and able to safely remain in a busy adult nightlife environment.

Pets, emotional support animals, therapy animals, and comfort animals are not permitted unless required by applicable law.

Digital Accessibility

We want our website and online registration tools to be usable. Some parts of the site may rely on third-party systems, and not every tool may work perfectly with every browser, device, screen reader, or assistive technology.

If you run into a barrier online, contact us. We can help you find event information, complete registration steps, or access the information you need another way.

Feedback

If something is not working, tell us. Accessibility is not a one-time statement. It is an ongoing responsibility.

We take accessibility feedback seriously and use it to improve the venue, the website, and the member experience.

Community expectation: Members and guests are expected to respect accessibility needs, mobility devices, service animals, staff instructions, and the privacy of anyone requesting support.
