The Shop Burlesque Revue

Featured show + amateur member performances

Watch the show. Or take the stage.

Member performanced followed by a professional burlesque show

The Shop Burlesque Revue combines a traditional burlesque show with an amateur performance by Shop members.

Support Shop members as they perform their own routines and then experience performers bringing costume, choreography, humor, glamour, and tease to the stage.

Two shows in one night

  • Traditional burlesque: Featured performers present complete routines built around movement, character, costume, humor, and controlled reveal.
  • Member Burlesque review: Shop members take the stage with amateur routines created and performed for this event.
  • Audience energy: Cheer, applaud, and support every performer who steps onto the stage.

Members take the stage

You do not need professional training or previous stage experience. Create a routine that reflects your personality, choose your costume and music, and decide how much you want to reveal (nipples and privates must be covered).

What member performers should know

  • There will be three (3) performance slots available.
  • Choose music and a routine that you can perform safely and confidently.
  • Create a costume that supports your routine and follows venue coverage standards.
  • Keep your act respectful, and within all Shop event rules.

Support every performer

  • Applaud and cheer for professional and member performers.
  • Keep conversations low while someone is performing.
  • Do not heckle, criticize, or make personal comments about a performer’s body.
  • Do not photograph or record performers or guests.
  • If tipping is part of the show, follow the host’s instructions.

Dress for the revue

Corsets, stockings, sequins, vintage glamour, cabaret looks, theatrical makeup, dramatic accessories, or your usual Shop attire all work.

Burlesque is a performance

A performer’s costume, movement, or level of reveal does not create permission to touch them, approach restricted areas, or make sexual comments.

Respect performers before, during, and after the show. Ask before interacting and accept every boundary without pressure or debate.

Watch the featured show and support the members who take the stage.

One stage. Multiple shows.
