Rope Bite will be meeting on Sunday February 8th from 2-5PM at The Shop Social Lounge. The door will be open from 1:45 - 2:30PM. This month will be the first part of the Fundamentals 101 class. We’ll be covering such topics as safety, consent, half hitches, single / double column ties, a chest and hip harness. To know what any planned topics are, go to www.ropebitepgh.com
Rope Bite meetings are on the second Sunday of the month from 2-5 with a few exceptions for holidays. Please come anytime between 1:45-2:45. These will operate on a pay what you can model with a suggested donation of $10 to help pay for the space. If you are using the hardpoints in the main room and want to use yoga mat, I suggest bringing a blanket to put under the mat.
